Of the many changes that the transport industry has undergone in recent years (multimodal transport, alternative drive concepts, CO2 reduction targets, etc.), one goal remains largely unaffected: both service processes and the moving equipment must function quickly and reliably. This means an increasing digitalization of processes, both in customer-oriented processes and especially in maintenance. Paperless workshops and digital planning, support and control of employee deployment are the demands of the industry here.
concircle focuses on two aspects in this industry: on the one hand, the maintenance processes of moving equipment. Firstly, reliable processes must be ensured. On the other hand, cost truth and transparency, for example in the spare parts sector, is an increasingly important issue. We also support our customers in automating their workflows to make standardized processes faster and more robust.
