As part of the international concircle Group, the expanding Concircle Schweiz AG, founded in 2021, accompanies renowned international production companies on their digital transformation journey as an IT consultant.
Become part of a young, highly motivated team of currently 8 employees and support further growth at the Winterthur location. You will be responsible for all operational processes in the back office, contribute ideas for ongoing improvements and report directly to the management.
WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of our office
- With your attention to detail and your passion for numbers, you will oversee our payment processes and the preparation of payroll together with our tax consultants
- As a team player with strong communication skills, you are happy to support your colleagues with travel management or any other work that needs to be done
- Direct cooperation with local management regarding all operational requirements
- You enjoy communicating with our international branches in Germany, Austria and Slovakia and are good with English
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed business apprenticeship or similar training
- Experience in the assistance sector, preferably also experience with payroll accounting
- Basic knowledge of Swiss labor law, taxes and insurance
- Experienced with Office 365 and Sharepoint
- Very good knowledge of German and English
