We are looking for you to support our industrial consulting team at the earliest possible starting date in Bratislava, the coolest city in the world.


We are looking for a new Assistant/Office manager, who will support our local and international administration team. Your role will be mainly in area of:

  • Taking on classic organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business and handling smaller projects
  • Supporting the management and the team in various areas
  • Organisation team events or customer events
  • Ordering, invoice, expense processing
  • Close cooperation with concircle Austria and concircle Switzerland
  • Invoicing to our Swiss, Austrian, German and Czech clients
  • Preparing payroll inputs for accountant
  • Accounts payable process for incoming invoices
  • Internal financial reporting
  • Assistance with HR tasks: such as organizing interviews, employee attendance reconciliation, onboarding, and offboarding activities
  • Travel management for flights and more complex travels


  • You have no problems communicating in English (German is a big plus)
  • You have a solid commercial education and several years of relevant professional experience
  • You are proficient in Office365 and various applications
  • You enjoy working independently and confidently and appreciate the wide range of tasks and the pleasant working environment
  • You are solution-oriented, responsible and an active, communicative personality with team spirit
