WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US
Performance of the internal, operative back office processes for the Winterthur location to the extent of 15% at the beginning (increase possible at a later point on)
– Communication with and coordination of external accounting and other business partners
– Collaboration within the international operations team of the concircle group
– Administrative support of the team on site (travel and absence management, etc.- Possibility to additionally take first steps into industrial IT consulting (consulting or software engineering) (an increase of workload possible)
- Scientific theses (Bac, Master, PhD) are supported
WHAT YOU BRING
- Ongoing studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, computer science or a comparable field of study
- Joy in organising and carrying out administrative work
- Strong interest in industrial processes (SCM, logistics, production) and digitalisation
- Proven activity in the above-mentioned areas (e.g. internships, programming examples, etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skills and high self-motivation
- Very good knowledge of German and English
