Are you ready?
SAP CM transactions will no longer be supported as of January 1st, 2026—act quickly.
conOperationScheduling is the Upgrade for your detailed planning!
We see it every day: production managers struggling with rigid planning boards and confusing Excel lists, while the shop floor has long since moved on.
What’s missing? An interactive planning tool that supports planners on a daily basis, enabling them to plan ahead and respond directly to current events on the shop floor. This allows planners to make more efficient decisions.
With conOperationScheduling, you can get more out of your SAP landscape without legacy issues and without compromises.
Based on our years of experience with classic PP/DS and ERP planning boards, we have developed a tool that not only improves familiar processes, but also takes your planning to the next level: transparent, ergonomic, responsive, and fully SAP-integrated.
Why use an add-on like conOperationScheduling?
The SAP standard (including PP/DS and SAP Manufacturing) offers many functions—but not all. In practice, integrated, user-friendly tools for short-term capacity planning and real-time control are often lacking.
That is why we developed conOperationScheduling as a targeted extension.
Close the gap in capacity planning within S/4HANA
Enable integrated detailed planning in SAP Manufacturing
Using modern technologies for a better user experience
Fully integrate existing SAP processes
Create a central, practical application for all planning-related activities
What is conOperationScheduling?
conOperationsScheduling is your new production planning software with all needed functions for optimal detailed planning.
The standard version runs on S/4HANA 1909 and above. Simpler versions can also be used with earlier SAP releases. Additionally, conOperationScheduling can be used as a module for SAP ME, whereby information from SAP ME is processed.
conOperationScheduling was developed to close existing gaps in capacity and detailed planning. Due to the flexible architecture, production planning is possible in a variety of industries – with plenty of room for customer-specific enhancements. In addition, conOperationScheduling also supports project planning in SAP.

How can conOperationScheduling be visualized?

The Work Calendar simplifies detailed scheduling for individual workstations in a familiar Outlook-style view. Operations can be managed flexibly, with frozen periods and slots automatically taken into account.

The Tabular Planning Board provides a clear tabular view when operations in the Gantt chart become too small. It enhances visibility of order details, supports managing alternative capacities, and includes convenient Excel export functionality.

The Dashboard displays the production schedule in the production area – similar to the Planning Board, but without fucntions for planning or changing. It is designed purely for overview and information.

The Sequencer builds on the Tabular Planning Board with detailed sequence planning capabilities. Operations can be managed in tabular views and worklists, shifted via drag & drop, and flexibly grouped or filtered. Period summaries with utilization and capacity data provide precise scheduling support.

With Edit Shifts, shift changes can be applied across multiple capacities at once. All changes are saved directly in the capacity intervals and are automatically considered in the other applications. Features such as utilization curves and individual capacity adjustments support easy simulation and optimisation.
