The owners of concircle have decided to separate the current concircle Deutschland GmbH headquartered in Bingen am Rhein from the concircle group as a spin-off. In doing so, we want to give this unit the freedom to pursue its own strategic and organizational path focusing on the Mill, Mining & Metals industry, and continuously developing Software Solutions for its industrial customers. This unit will operate starting with 1.7.2023 officially under the new company name Industrious Consulting GmbH and it will operate 3 offices in Germany and one in Austria, further focusing on building strategic partnerships within its industrial focus field.
concircle will continue to operate a German office in the future. The new headquarter will be located in Munich and will address the discrete industry with SAP services & solutions next to the Mill industry starting this summer!
Both organizations will remain in partnership in the future and work together on a project basis. Thus, joint / ongoing projects will be continued as before.
The owners and the entire management of concircle are convinced that this step will have a positive impact on business development for both units.
