Equality pays off

25. January 2022

concircle has been focusing on diversity for many years. Creating equal opportunities for women in an industry that is still dominated by men was the incentive for participating in the project. Diversity and equal opportunities are essential goals for us within the Sustainable Development Goals, to which we align our HR strategy. We want to convey to women an interest in our profession and create the best possible conditions at .

The #ausgesprochen campaign is an initiative of 100 Prozent – Gleichstellung zahlt sich aus. Companies are given the opportunity to make their commitment and dedication to equality visible as part of the 100 Prozent – Gleichstellung zahlt sich aus. consultation. It’s pretty much clear: Anyone who promotes equality, transparency and fair opportunities has every reason to talk about it.
