Shift planning by REO

20. March 2023

The scheduled labor application is an exciting option for production planners in SAP DMC.

You can create shift plans for employees assigned to you. In the application, you can assign employees to shifts and work centers on a daily basis. It’s also possible to assign unavailabilities such as training, holidays or sick leaves to employees. This shift plan can be seen by employees directly in SAP DMC. It can also be downloaded and sent to employees as an Excel list.

The shift planning itself is supported by KPIs such as the total capacity of employees assigned to you, the total demand hours of production orders of the week you’re planning for or the absent hours of employees.
