The Synergie project promotes synchronized and energy-adaptive production technologies, allowing industrial processes to flexibly adjust to fluctuating energy availability. As the transition to renewable energy accelerates, Synergie contributes significantly to the sustainable transformation of the industry.
Our Role in Synergie 3
At concircle, we bring our extensive expertise in ERP and MES systems to optimize production processes. Our mission is to enable factories to operate with maximum energy flexibility through advanced energy-adaptive production planning and control systems.
A key part of our contribution is the development of an energy optimizer that integrates seamlessly with our advanced planning tool, conOS.

These features make conOS the ideal solution for ensuring the flexibility required for energy-adaptive production.
An MES system plays a crucial role in managing energy-flexible production. As part of Synergie, we have implemented SAP DM to monitor key performance parameters such as setup and production times.
In addition, we have developed an energy tracking module that allows for:
- Real-time monitoring of energy consumption per production order
- Enhanced control over energy-intensive processes
- Smarter, more sustainable manufacturing operations
By extending the capabilities of standard production control, we are enabling manufacturers to effectively manage energy-adaptive production processes.
