You will meet your future Practice Lead and Team Lead. Together, we will discuss the position, our projects, and your expectations—always openly and on equal terms.

For some positions, there will also be a short assessment to get to know your practical skills and approach better.

Depending on the position and if it's a good fit for both sides, we'll invite you to a trial day. This will give you the chance to see our team in action, experience everyday work firsthand, and find out whether we have the right basis for a successful collaboration.

Joint decision

We will decide whether we would like to work together through dialogue. Is it a good fit for both sides? If so, we look forward to welcoming you to the team.
