The steel and non-ferrous metal industry is undergoing a profound transformation process. Overcapacities, especially on the Asian market but also in Europe, are forcing ongoing productivity increases in the value-adding processes. This includes, for example, ongoing flexibilization of order fulfillment processes in particular, or continued automation in the areas of vertical (L2 – L4 integration) and horizontal integration (EDI with suppliers and customers, but also automated internal workflows).
concircle has been involved in the digitalization of core processes in sales, product data configuration and planning for well-known customers and can demonstrate expertise and industry-specific solutions in these areas.
