In doing so, we jointly determine your requirements and derive the necessary MES functions from them. We define your system landscape and integrate the functions into the appropriate systems. At the end, you receive a specification sheet that helps you select the ideal MES system.

concircle supports you in the selection of the MES system and takes over the project planning, including scheduling and budget planning. Together we specify the technical implementation. If desired, we can also take on the role of architect in your MES project.

We match the requirements of your MES system with your existing master data and order data and compare them with best MES practices. We develop a concept for master data from the areas of material management, production planning, quality management, plant maintenance and HR. Based on this, we support you in the design and implementation of your order data, regardless of the type of production.

In addition, we analyze your 3rd party system landscape (e.g. document or quality management systems), design the interface to these systems and assign necessary functions to the optimal systems.

With our many years of experience in connecting MES systems, concircle supports you in the technical implementation of your MES implementation. We set up incoming and outgoing SAP standard interfaces and support you in monitoring the ERP-side interfaces.

Furthermore, we extend incoming and outgoing interfaces to ensure the smooth operation of your MES system. If required, we also extend interface monitoring and ERP functionalities according to your requirements.
